I started going to Ride Tribe about a year ago, after having many spine surgeries I wanted to safely build some strength. I have loved being there I’ve been able to exercise with amazing support and understanding. They have always been so welcome and I can’t image going anywhere else!

Let me start off by saying that I have never been good at working out because I never felt accomplished after. My friend drug me out of bed one night and made me go. After the first couple of rides I began to find my rhythm and really enjoy it. Needless to say, I said I wanted to ride twice a week (lol), I quickly realized how much this community is life changing. The people, music, and energy. I feel amazing, confident, and truly uplifted when I leave there. With all that being said if you think this out of your comfort zone, please try it! I promise I was that person as well. I am now an unlimited member😂
I have been attending classes for the last 2 months. All the staff are warm, friendly, helpful and make you feel comfortable. I have enjoyed all the instructors. Every class is fresh and different. The facility is clean and inviting! Would highly recommend!
