What is your etiquette for class?
Arrive & Ride: The Rhythm Room may not be entered 5 minutes after the Ride begins.
The room is dark and the bikes are close together. This is for your safety and the
courtesy to other riders.Device-Free Zone: To be courteous to others please silence or place your phone in your
locker while in the Rhythm RoomIt’s Going to Get Hot: Please make sure you and your gear are fresh. Please wear
deodorant while also dialing down perfumes, powders and colognes. Its hard to ride when your neighbors odor is messing with your oxygen.Play Well with Others: If you want to do your own thing during the ride, take a back row
bike so you dont mess with another riders vibe.Stay & Ride: Please stay in your saddle until class ends. This is for your safety and
courtesy to other riders. If you must leave early please let the Ride Pro know prior to
class. How does the cancellation and rescheduling work or when you miss a class?
Cancellations or no-shows occurring more than 8 hours before the scheduled class will not be considered a no-show and will not incur any fee. Cancellations or no-shows within 8 hours of the scheduled class will incur a $25 nonrefundable fee. Please show up to class to avoid a $25 charge for no-showing. It is important that you check-in on the iPads or with us to avoid this.
How does the waitlist work?
You will be pulled off the waitlist if a spot opens up prior to 2 hours before class time. Please be prepared to come to class if you are on a waitlist.
How does the booking process work?
You may book a class up to 7 days out. All bookings can also be made up until scheduled class time with the exception of being a new rider. If you are a new rider you must be in studio 20-30 minutes before the class for setup or we will need to rebook you. This allows the Ride Pro ample time to prepare for class.
Do you offer virtual rides or online classes?
We currently focus on in-studio experiences, but be sure to check back as we are also innovating and doing our best to make sure we are giving our riders what they need.
How can I join RIDETRIBE?
You can sign up for a membership or package on our website or app. We offer various options to fit your fitness needs. Our recommendations made by our Ride Pro`s is our “Rhythm membership” as you will get 12 rides or 3 rides per week. This is our most popular membership that we see our riders choose.
Where should I sit?
We recommend reserving a bike in the middle of the room so you can follow the lead of the instructor as well as advanced riders in the front row. This will help you make your way to the front of the class as your skills progress and you learn the fundamentals.
How do I pick my own bike? Can I ride next to a friend?
When you book a class, you get to select a bike. Just ask your friend what bike they selected so you can ride next to them.
