At RIDETRIBE, we believe every ride is for everyone. Whether you're a first-timer or an experienced cyclist, our team is here to guide and support you every step of the way. Just like every rider before you, starting something new takes courage, and we’re here to make sure your first ride is awesome! Here’s everything you need to know to prepare for your first class:

  1. Get Familiar

  2. Get Setup

    Read MoreSign up for your first ride and grab our First Ride Offer through the RIDETRIBE website or app. Booking your class is easy, and our app allows you to choose your bike spot ahead of time, with a confirmation sent straight to your phone. Need help? We're happy to assist!
  3. Prepare For Your Ride

    Read MoreHydration and nutrition are key to getting the most out of your ride. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after class. We’ve got a FloWater station in the studio to fill your bottle, or you can grab a cold water for purchase. We recommend having a snack 30 minutes before class or a meal a couple of hours prior. As for attire, wear comfortable active wear like leggings, shorts, and breathable tops. Don’t forget socks!
  4. Check-In

    Read MorePlan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your ride. If you're less than 20 minutes early, we may need to reschedule your class. This time allows us to welcome you, check you in, and make sure you’re ready for your first ride. You’ll receive rental shoes to make sure your ride is comfortable and effective.
  5. Time To Ride

    Read MoreOnce you're set up, a Ride Pro will meet you in the Rhythm Room to show you how everything works. They’ll explain how to adjust your RPM and gear, what the difference is between riding out of the saddle versus in-saddle, and help you set up your bike for maximum comfort. We open the doors to the Rhythm Room 10 minutes before the ride begins so all remaining riders can get clipped in.
  6. Post-Ride Cooldown

    Read MoreAfter your class, we’ll guide you through a post-ride cooldown and meet you at the podium for some tips to improve your ride. We’ll also re-introduce you to our team and help you choose your next class to continue your journey with the RIDETRIBE family.
