These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.letsridetribe.com, and all associated services, content, and locations operated by RTRJ, LLC & JKG Holdings LLC (“RIDETRIBE,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the website and services.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the relevant studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction where the studio is located or in Cincinnati, Ohio.
11. Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS CAREFULLY BECAUSE THEY PROVIDE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by a neutral arbitrator, rather than by a court trial. The arbitration shall take place in Cincinnati, Ohio, and the arbitration award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. You agree to an arbitration on an individual basis.

By using the Site, you consent to receiving electronic communications from RIDETRIBE, including notices about your account and transactions. You agree that all notices, agreements, and other communications that we provide to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
